 50,000 – 95,000 Euros | Fully Remote | Private Healthcare

We’re partnered with a fast-scaling fintech that’s building the next generation of payment and financial services technology. They’re investing heavily in automation and DevOps to support rapid growth, and we’re hiring engineers from mid-level through to principal to join their team.

This is a unique opportunity to help shape a DevOps function from the ground up with real ownership, complex challenges, and the chance to work in a high-growth sector where reliability, security, and scalability are everything.

Why join?

      • Fintech scale-up: High-impact projects in a fast-moving sector.
      • Fully remote: Work from anywhere in the Belgium.
      • Unlimited holidays: Trust-based culture.
      • Private healthcare: Comprehensive cover included.
      • Progression: Clear paths from mid-level through to principal.

What you’ll do

      • Architect, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines with built-in security and quality gates.
      • Drive automation with Terraform (IaC) and Ansible (configuration as code).
      • Lead containerization efforts using Docker and associated tooling.
      • Collaborate with development teams to embed DevOps best practices across the SDLC.
      • Deploy, scale, and support production workloads across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
      • Troubleshoot complex systems spanning infrastructure and applications.
      • Keep ahead of new technologies and help shape DevOps strategy.

What we’re looking for

      • 4+ years’ experience in DevOps/CI/CD engineering (more for senior/principal).
      • Strong knowledge of:
      • Terraform (must-have)
      • Ansible (must-have)
      • Docker (must-have)
      • CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, CircleCI, etc.)
      • Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python, JavaScript, Bash, etc.).
      • Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
      • Familiarity with version control (GitHub/GitLab) and Agile principles.
      • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
